Perinatal (Fertility, Loss, Pregnancy & Postpartum) Therapy

Navigating the perinatal period can be overwhelming. We’re here to support you. Our Perinatal Therapy services are designed to help individuals and families through the unique challenges of fertility struggles, pregnancy loss, the transition to parenthood, and postpartum adjustment. Our therapists have training in a number of modalities of therapy, thus use an integrated modality, catering to the individual needs of person they’re working with. Below are a number of modalities that our therapists are trained in, and short description of each. Note not all therapists have the  same training, and each have their respective designation.
