At Elite Counselling & Consulting, we provide in-person psychotherapy in Bowmanville and virtual therapy across Ontario, with a clinical focus of mindset therapy, couples therapy, and perinatal therapy (fertility, loss, pregnancy, and postpartum). We also host workshops, support groups, and psycho-educational events to support your mental health journey. My Village – Online Moms Circle

$15.00
A online monthly circle where moms can meet, connect, share and support each other, with little interruption to their day. Online video means moms can join from a laptop, tablet or smart phone- anywhere they have internet connection & a webcam.
Each group has individual registration to allow for participants to pay for only the sessions they can join.
The May Session is FREE of charge in respect of May being Maternal Mental Health Month!
Subsequent sessions will be $15.00/session.

*Must be 16+ years of age. Note session is online & not at the office for Elite Counselling & Consulting.
