Why the Seva Wellness Program
At its heart, the Seva Wellness Program is a reflection of my personal values and cultural roots. Seva means selfless service in Sanskrit, and this program embodies the essence of giving back to the community. As someone who comes from a lineage of resilience, I carry the legacy of hard work and the desire to create lasting change.
Being of service is not just a value and a cornerstone of my faith, it is tied to a deep sense of purpose and drive within. This program allows me to honor that calling while also supporting mental well-being in communities. Mental health shouldn’t be a luxury, I believe everyone deserves access to tools for healing and growth, regardless of circumstance. The Seva Wellness Program offers meaningful, free mental health training and support to community-based organizations and non-profits—helping those who serve others stay well themselves. While the monthly groups opens up free support direct to individuals.
Through this program, I hope to create something that endures: mental well-being, community connection, and sustainable growth for the future.
